'Take Your Hand Off My Ass,' Paul Mescal Tells Fan
Whoever the "creepy" fan was that left Paul Mescal in a "fury" after intentionally placing your hand on his backside in a photo, you've maybe ruined it for the rest of the actor's fans.
As reported by ES Magazine, the Irish actor recounted an encounter he had with a fan outside of the Almeida Theatre in London, where he is currently starring in "A Streetcar Named Desire."
After agreeing to take a photo with a fan, Mescal said he was surprised when he felt the fan's hand on his bum.
Perhaps it was a mistake? That's what he thought too. But after adjusting for another photo, the hand on his bum followed and the whole thing was "creepy" and left him feeling off kilter.
"As we posed for it, she put her hand on my ass," Mescal told ES Magazine. "I remember tensing up and feeling just, like, fury," he said.
Not willing to take the actions in silence, Mescal reportedly confronted the fan immediately.
"I turned to her and said, 'What're you doing? Take your hand off my ass,'" he recounted.
That kind of behavior and touching is "uncomfortable for everyone involved," he said. "But it was really not OK. It was so gross, creepy."
However, aside from some inappropriate fans, Mescal says that fame is "really nice."
Nice to see he's not letting one bad apple ruin the bunch. Now where is our photo?
