Watch: After Steamy BET Awards Performance, Lil Nas X Announces Debut Album 'Montero'

Lil Nas X has finally announced his debut full length album.

Taking to Twitter Tuesday, the out rapper revealed it will be called "Montero" and shared a teaser clip that spoof Marvel Studio's logo that plays before its movies. The short vid also features music. However, he stopped short of announcing the LP's release date, only writing "COMING SOON."

After the success of "Old Town Road," Lil Nas Released his debut EP "7" in June 2019. He has released a number of singles, including "Panini" and newer tracks like "Holiday" and "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)," which peaked at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100.

The musician found himself in the headlines this week after his steamy BET Awards performance where he locked lips with a backup dancer. It sparked outrage in some homophobic corners of the Internet but Lil Nas was quick to clap back at trolls and haters. Click here to read more about that.
