NEW YORK (NY) - For the start of Fashion Week, ArtStar.com is pleased to celebrate a special project between photographer Lynn Goldsmith and DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS).

A world renowned rock and roll photographer, Goldsmith has generously collaborated with ArtStar to offer four images from her Billy Doll series, each in a limited edition run of 25 original photographs signed by the artist, for $300 each.

In this groundbreaking series, Goldsmith photographed the first officially gay Billy Doll in custom designer outfits from Jean-Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix and Betsey Johnson among others.

The dolls were subsequently auctioned off to support the global fight against AIDS and now, 20% of the sale of these photographs will go to DIFFA's AIDS initiatives to raise awareness of, as Goldsmith says, "this devastating disease which still haunts the globe."

Each edition is printed on 100% cotton rag fine art paper with archival inkjet pigments and signed by the artist.
