Only in Florida: Man Tries to Leave Wal-Mart with Stolen Surf 'n Turf in his Pants

A Florida man with a penchant for surf and turf dinner found himself in hot water last week when he was caught shoplifting lobster and steak by shoving the food items down his pants.

According to WFLA News, Mark Alan Belkola, 57, was arrested at the Brooksville Wal-Mart after he was caught trying to sneak out the store with $172.98 worth of lobster and steak stored in his drawers.

Belkola was "observed passing all points of sale," according to police with his pants pantry full. When he was nabbed by police, they uncovered two packages of lobster and six steaks.

According to ABC Action News, Belkola has two prior arrests in 2010 and 2012.

He was taken into custody with probably claws and held on $2,000 bond.
