The 19-year-old viral TikTok sensation Bach Buquen may be known for his makeup tips and dance videos, but he's also got thoughts on lots of other things – vaping, cigarettes, Oasis, "Emily in Paris," and more.

In a photoshoot and Q&A with Interview Magazine, Buquen served up his small bites of opinion and insight on a whole smorgasbord of different topics.

"I love the vibe, but it smells pretty bad," he said of New York City, while offering the thought that democracy is "Very important for us, for the population." As for his personal fitness routine, "I do calisthenics and rugby," the influencer said in a snippet that was paired with a shot of him shirtless and with his trousers unzipped, revealing his toned abs.

Buquen must do a lot of rugby, given what he exclaimed about carbohydrates – "I love them" – and baguettes in particular – "I'm French, so baguettes, it's mon amour" – though if he's as avid about rollerblading as other photos in the spread suggest, it's no wonder he keeps in shape. He's also a dancer: "I love it because I did seven years of classic dance," the influencer, who busts thoroughly modern moves in his TikTok clips, said of the genre; "It's my mood sometimes."

But dance isn't Buquen's only wheelhouse. His TikTok is replete with makeup tutorials that show straight guys how it's done.

That's right, straight guys; Buquen "could push more of his male Gen-Z peers to buy into cosmetics, creating growth opportunities for brands with genderless lines" due to his "'hetero dude' image," Business of Fashion said. [Story is behind a paywall.]

TikTok isn't the only place on social media where you'll find the rising star. Check out some of his Instagram pics below.
